Two-Plug Linear Actuator Motor Cable (2-Pin + 5-Pin)
Two-Plug Linear Actuator Motor Cable (2-Pin + 5-Pin)
This replacement linear actuator cable features two connectors:
- A round, 5-pin female plug connects to your remote controller or switch.
- A 2-pin male plug connects to the power supply.
- The other end features two terminal pins.
Designed to replace a damaged linear actuator cable with the same specifications, this cable measures approximately 50cm in length.
Important Notes:
- Compatibility: This cable is not a universal fit. Please only order it if your original linear actuator cable has the same configuration: 2-pin male + 5-pin female, and the plug shapes must be identical.
- Installation: Installing this cable requires dismounting the linear actuator motor. Please ensure you have the necessary knowledge or assistance before placing your order.
- Strain Relief: The replacement cable's strain relief might differ from the original, resulting in a slightly looser fit. To ensure a secure connection and prevent cable damage, we recommend using a zip tie to reinforce the strain relief. (Zip tie included).

This was an exact replacement for a broken cable on a reclining chair. I could tell by the picture and the description that this was the cable I needed, and after replacing the broken one, this worked perfectly. I can't speak to how well the motor terminals worked, since I cut them off and spliced the wires to the existing red and black wires on the motor in the chair. The strain relief on this cable was slightly different than the one I was replacing, but, at the end of the day, it made no difference. Everything was fine.
I was a bit skeptical ordering this directly from Asia to be delivered to Florida, USA, but PayPal worked fine, shipping info was provided quickly, the package was delivered after a week or so, and the price was good.
I would strongly recommend ensuring that this is the cable that you need by verifying what you have against the pictures here, but this worked for me on a no-name cheap motorized recliner. I would highly recommend!
