Shipping Rates

For United States customers:

Please refer to the shipping instructions under the product title:

• Products marked "US orders ship from the US; international orders ship from China" will be shipped from a third-party logistics (3PL) fulfillment center in the United States. 
  
• Products marked "Ship from China" will be shipped directly from China. 
  If your order contains both product types, it will be split and shipped separately.

Shipping fees are calculated based on shipping origin, product type, and order amount:

For US fulfillment center shipments:

• $0-$49.99: $6
  
• $50+: Free Shipping

For China direct shipments (DDP delivery - no additional tariffs):

• The shipping cost is according to the item weight. Please refer to the table below. The weight unit is Kg, the currency is U.S. dollar.

Shipping time:

For U.S. orders:

• Packages shipped from 3PL fulfillment center: Average shipping time is 3-10 business days depending on your location.
  
• Packages shipped from China:  Shipping time is 8-12 business days depending on your location.
  
• For packages shipped from China, If your package is inspected by US Customs, the shipping time will be extended by 7-10 days.

For International orders from other countries:

• The average shipping time is around 8-15 days; most packages will take around 8-12 days.

Note:

For packages shipping from China:

• Delays may occur if your package undergoes customs inspection.
  
• The shipping time might be extended during peak season. 

Shipping Method:

• To ensure shipping quality, we use ePacket for all orders by default, if ePacket is not available, we will use Registered Parcel.

Operation Time:

• We will try our best to ship your order out within 24 hours, however, if the item you order is out of stock, the operation time may be longer.
  
• Order received on the Weekend will be processed Next Monday.
  
• For items on back order, depending on the production schedule, you can expect fulfillment in 5-30 days.

Tracking:

• A shipping notification email (if you left an email address when checking out) with tracking number will be sent as soon as we fulfilled your order.
  
• You can track your package on https://www.17track.net/ with the tracking number we sent.

Note:

• It is recommended to leave an email address when checkout, so that you can receive shipping notification in time.
  
• We found the notification email sometimes may be marked as spam by some email provider, so, if you do not receive any notification email after a week, please check with your trash box.
