EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

  • If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The customer is also responsible for any risk of damage or loss of the returned package during transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed.
  • We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
  • This right does not apply to the following: back-ordered items, and any product clearly marked with a no-return warning on its product page.
