This is the genuine RMT R812101150228 linear actuator. If the actuator you are about to replace has the exact same model number, this one will replace yours seamlessly.

This actuator directly replaces the R812101150228 linear actuator and is compatible with other R8121 series linear actuators as long as:

• The first part of the model number (R8121)** exactly matches.
  
• The last six digits (150228)** exactly match.
  
• The actuator has similar 2-pin + 5-pin leads and plugs.
  
• The two digits in the center (XX) can be any variation.
