This is the genuine MLSK70-A4 wireless remote controller. It features nine buttons and is suitable for electric beds with 2 motors. It will replace your existing remote seamlessly if your current remote has the exact same model number.

Compatibility

• This remote controller is not cross‑compatible. Please only order it when your existing remote controller bears the identical model number: MLSK70-A4.
• This remote controller is designed to be used with the MLKZWX018-A3 control box. If you are unsure whether the issue is caused by the remote control or the control box, it is recommended to replace both components at the same time (the second option in this listing).

Pairing Instructions

The remote control must be paired with the control box before you can operate the bed.

• Install the batteries into the remote control.
• Disconnect the control box from the power adapter, then reconnect it after a few seconds.
• Within 120 seconds after the control box is reconnected to the power adapter, simultaneously press and hold the HEAD UP and FOOT UP buttons on the remote for 3 seconds.
• The button light will flash, indicating that pairing is complete.

Note:

• Pairing must be performed within 120 seconds after the control box is powered on. Beyond 120 seconds, even if the light flashes, the pairing will not succeed.
• During pairing, ensure the remote control is within 1.5 meters (about 5 feet) of the control box.
