This is the genuine MLSK5-D(LSF) switch, it can replace the MLSK5-D(LSF) and MLSK5-D(RSF) switches.

MLSK5-D switches are widely used in power reclining chairs, lift chairs, sofas, couches, and other motion furniture.
It has 2 buttons, which can control the up/down of the chair, the buttons have a blue backlight (always on when connected to power source)
It has a USB charging port and the output voltage is 5V 2A
MLSK5-D has a round 5-pin male plug that is usually directly connected to the motor.
The cable length is 1.5m (appr 60inches)
It is fastened to the furniture by 4 screws, and the screw holes are covered by a rotatable plastic shell.
