This little part that I was able to install myself, saved us a bundle. No need for a big service technician repair bill. Support was great too, as I needed to make sure this was the right part for my recliner. The one improvement, might have been more instruction on how to install the velcro strap. It was a little trial and error and I ended up jerry-rigging it a little.
