  • This is the genuine eMoMo TRG12HRRVA control switch. It features 7 buttons and uses a right-angled 5-pin connector.
  • This switch controls the opening and closing of the chair, headrest tilt, vibration massage, and heat ON/OFF. Suitable for power recliner lift chairs with 2 motors.
  • The switch should be installed on the outer side of the left armrest when facing the sofa (right side when sitting on it).

Compatibility:

This unit is a sub-model of the TRG series; the full model number is TRG12HRRVA.
This switch is not cross-compatible with other TRG sub-models.
To confirm compatibility, take off the current switch from the armrest and check the serial number on its barcode sticker. Order this switch only if your serial number meets all the following criteria:
  • Prefix: Usually begins with SN:E, SN:WT, or SN:ZE.
  • Model Code: The digits immediately following the prefix must be TRG12HRRVA.
  • Check Digit: The character directly after 'TRG12HRRVA' must be a number or the letter V.

    • 1 center multi-function button: Short click to turn ON/OFF the voice control function; it also resets the chair and headrest to the home position via a long press.

    • 1 button to turn heating ON/OFF
  • Right-angled 5-pin male connector: plugs into the control box.
  • USB Port: Provides 5V/2A output for charging mobile devices.
  • Voice Control: This switch supports voice control for added convenience. Say Hello Coco/Bella/Mia/Rose/Opal/Sally to active it.

Note:

  • This switch is designed for use with the TRG12HRRVA control box. If unsure whether the fault originates from the control box or the switch, we recommend replacing both components simultaneously. 
  • Sometimes the issue may also stem from the vibration motor or the heating pad. Try disconnecting the two white plastic plugs on the control box to check if the other functions are returning to normal. If they do, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
    • Reconnect the plugs one by one.
    • Identify which specific plug causes the fault to reappear.
    • Leave that faulty plug disconnected.
