• This is the genuine eMoMo NHX034KC8HL remote controller – the most widely used 8 pin NHX03 remote controller for power recliners.
• This remote controller features 10 buttons, operates the open/close of the chair,  and the heat & vibration function of the chair.
• The remote controller uses a female 8 pin plug, connects with a wire harness which plugs into the control box.

Compatibility:

• This remote controller is not cross-compatible, please only order it when your existing controller has the exact same model number - NHX034KC8HL.
• To verify compatibility, check the serial number on your remote controller or junction box.
• This remote controller is only compatible if your original serial number starts with 'SN:E034KC8HL' or 'SN:WT034KC8HL' and the next digit after 'L' is a number, not a letter.

Troubleshooting Your Remote Control:

• A common issue with this remote control is a short circuit in the vibration motor, heating plate. This can prevent the remote control from functioning properly.

To troubleshoot:

• Disconnect All Connections:
  • Turn the chair upside down.
  • Locate the control box.
  • Unplug all cables from the control box.
• Test the Remote Control:
• Reconnect only the remote control, lifting motor, and power adapter.
• Try using the remote control.
  • If the remote control works:
    The issue lies in one of the disconnected components. Reconnect them one by one until the remote control stops working to identify the faulty component. Keep that component disconnected.
  • If the remote control still doesn't work:
    The problem might be with the remote control itself or the control box.

Important:

• To ensure your chair functions correctly, we strongly recommend replacing both the remote control and the control box (option 3 in the link) if you cannot definitively identify the faulty component. This will prevent potential issues after replacing only one part.
