Wrong power supply but life easy was very easy to deal with
I understand that ordering anything online is a risk but the refund policy is a joke. I feel I was charged more than what it should have been and ended uo being refunded less had I just kept the parts that didn't work considering it likely will juat be resold anyway. So its like they not only gain off your return but profit twice. If you do order from this place I advise actually emailing them about it first
I didn't get to use it and they don't have a replacement. Can't return because they only want to give me half my money back.

As mentioned in product page, the power adapter is only compatible with OKIN control boxes. And according to our email communication, your control box is a Delta control box, which has a 10-pin power socket that this adapter cannot fit.
We have already shared the return instructions with you in our previous email. You can return the package for refund. We would like to clarify that the 50% refund option is available in case the shipping cost is too high for you to return the package. This option is available as a convenience for our customers, you can receive a 50% refund without returning the package.
