Genuine KDH127-006 switch. Features 5 buttons and utilizes 2 plugs (5 pin male, 2 pin female). Suitable for power recliner and lift chair with two motors.

Compatibility:

• This switch is a direct replacement for the KDH127-006 switch. 
  
• This switch can replace other KDH127 switches which features the same button (5 Button) & plug (5 pin male + 2 pin female) configurations. 

Features:

• 5 Buttons: controls the chair open/close and headrest tilt.
  
• Two plugs: male 5 pin plug connects to the footrest motor; 2 pin female plug connects to the headrest motor.
  
• With USB port: 5V 2A output, ideal for charging mobile devices.

Note:

When replacing the switch, the control box connected to the back of the switch via the 4-pin plug must be replaced as well.
