Order Cancellation Policy
1. Pre-Shipment Cancellation
- If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, we offer complimentary cancellation at no charge. A full refund will be issued upon successful cancellation.
2. Post-Shipment Cancellation
If your order has already been shipped, the following applies:

Returns
- Our policy lasts 14 days. You must email us at support@lifeeaysupply.com within 14 days from the time you received the package so that we can resolve any problems. Claims for refunds outside this time will be at the discretion of Life Easy Supply.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, please send an email to us at support@lifeeasysupply.com, we will reply and share the return instructions with you.

- Please DO NOT return the package to the shipping address on the shipping label, that is not our warehouse address, but the inbound center address of the first stage shipping carrier. They do not accept return packages.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- - Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
There are certain items does not accept returns & refunds. Please pay close attention when shopping, and avoid test buy.

Shipping
- To return your product, you should mail your product to A609; Shenghui BLDG, #63 Anshun rd, Baoan district Shenzhen, 518101 Guangdong, China.
- We can not provide return shipping label. It is recommended that you return the product via Registered post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft, or damage to goods during transit and therefore, we advise you to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of;sending the item will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Shipping cost, Import duty, tax, VAT are not refundable.
- For orders with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Restock Fee
- A 10% restock fee will be charged for returned orders.
- For orders shipped from a third-party logistics (3PL) fulfillment center in the United States the restock fee is 15%
Sale items (if applicable)
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@lifeeasysupply.com and send your item to Room 609 Tower A, Shenghui BLDG, # 63 Anshun rd, Baoan district Shenzhen, 518101 Guangdong, China.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
