LIFE EASY SUPPLY Limited Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

LIFE EASY SUPPLY warrants that its parts will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of receipt by the original purchaser.

This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts and does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, acts of nature, or damage caused by pets.

2. Warranty Claims Process

To file a warranty claim, the customer must contact our Support Team at support@lifeeasysupply.com within the applicable warranty period. The customer is required to provide a detailed description of the defect and supporting evidence, such as clear photographs or a video, and may be asked to provide proof of original purchase.

3. Warranty Service Terms

The specific terms of the warranty service are determined by the time elapsed since the date of receipt:

  • Months 1-6: LIFE EASY SUPPLY will provide a free replacement part. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the new replacement part. This service is limited to one claim per order.
  • Months 7-12: LIFE EASY SUPPLY will provide a replacement part at a 50% discount from the current listed price. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. This service is limited to one claim per order.
  • After 12 Months: This limited warranty expires. No warranty service, replacement, or refund will be provided.

4. Exclusions & Limitations

This Limited Warranty shall not apply to, and LIFE EASY SUPPLY shall not be obligated to provide service under the following circumstances:

  • Damage or defects caused by improper use, installation, maintenance, accident, abuse, neglect, modification, or acts of nature (e.g., fire, flood, earthquake).
  • Damage caused by pets.
  • Any replacement part received through a warranty claim. This warranty is not transferable to replacement components.
    Any final sale parts.
  • If the claimed part from the original order has been discontinued and is out of stock, LIFE EASY SUPPLY will be unable to provide a replacement under this warranty. As a third-party parts retailer, we do not control the manufacturing and discontinuation of components. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer in finding an alternative solution, we cannot guarantee that a perfect or compatible replacement will be available.
  • This warranty is exclusively for the original purchaser of the product and is tied to the original sales order. Products that have been resold or transferred from the original purchaser are not covered.
