This is the genuine DDG110-450/260-H motor actuator. This actuator is specifically designed for driving the backrest Recline/Incline for several massage chairs. 

Compatibility:

• This actuator is not cross compatible, your original actuator must have the exact same model number, otherwise, this actuator will NOT replace yours. 
  
• This actuator is compatible with iRest SL-A80-1 massage chair.
