• The model number of this switch is REMOP4024H2LS-1, this switch is not cross-compatible, please only order it when your existing switch has the same model number.
  
• To verify compatibility, check the serial number on your current switch. 
  
• This switch is only compatible if your original switch's serial number starts with 'SN:EP4024HLS' or 'SN:WTP4024HLS' and the next digit after 'S' is a number, not a letter.
