Compatibility:

• This remote is a sub-model of the NHX03 series, with the full model number NHX034A8HRMBT. It is not cross-compatible with other NHX03 sub-models.
• To confirm compatibility, check the serial number on the barcode sticker. Order this remote only if your serial number meets all the following criteria:
  • Prefix: Must begin with SN:E, SN:WT, or SN:ZE.
  • Model Code: The digits immediately following the prefix must be 034A8HRMBT.
  • Check Digit: The character directly after "034A8HRMBT" must be a number or the letter V.
• If your remote controller does not have a barcode sticker but has a DN number tag, this remote will only be compatible if the DN number is Z883/V06, Z883/V07, or Z883/V08.
• If the tag on the remote is faded, you can also find the serial information on the control box. Please flip over your chair and check from the bottom.
