Therefore, it's imperative to supply us with your linear actuator's full model number during the ordering process. This facilitates our dispatch of the appropriate sub-model compatible with your chair. Failure to provide a full model number or submitting an incorrect one will result in a temporary hold on your order.
- Your linear actuator bears two labels on its motor: The full model number is located on the smaller tag. The form of the full model number is DL-DT2001-XXX, for example DL-DT2001-160.
