This is the genuine eMoMo NHX032D2HL junction box, also know as control box. This is the most widely used junction box for the NHX03 remote controller.
Compatibility:
- This junction box is not cross compatible, please only order it when your existing control box has the exact same model number - NHX032D2HL.
- To verify compatibility, check the serial number on your junction box.
- This junction box is only compatible if your original serial number starts with 'SN:E032D2HL' or 'SN:WT032D2HL' and the next digit after 'L' is a number, not a letter.

The junction box has 5 leads & plugs and two sockets:
- Three white plugs for vibration motors & heating pad
- A male 2 pin plug for power adapter
- A female 2 pin plug for USB port
- A 5 pin socket for NHX03 remote controller
- A 2 pin socket for lift motor.

This control box is a standard part. If your serial number matches the requirements in our product description, it can 100% replace your control box.
If you mean the white plug is different from your control box, it is because we provide an extra wire harness cable from the control box to the vibration motors. After removing it, the white plug is the same as your control box.
If you mean the chair still does not work after replacing the control box, generally speaking, we recommend checking the power supply and remote control. Also check whether there is a short circuit in the vibration motors, heating pad or USB socket.

Product arrived after 7 business days but this was clear from the website shipping policy. Product page description and images were very helpful to make sure I was ordering the exact part I needed.
