• If the control box does not respond after connecting the DC cord, your original DC cord may have had opposite polarity. Don’t worry – we have included a polarity reversal adapter for this situation.
• How to use – Connect the adapter to the male connector of the DC cord. It will instantly reverse the polarity and power on the control box.
• Important – This listing is for the DC power cable only. The power adapter is not included.

Compatibility

• This is a widely compatible DC power cable. It will replace your original cable as long as it has the same plug configuration.
• If the original DC power cable is missing, check the power socket on the control box. If the shape of the plug matches the picture below, this cable is compatible with your bed.
