  • This actuator is NOT universal, if your original actuator's model number is not JLDQ.19.377.195D01 or JLDQ.19.377.195D02, please DO NOT order.

Broke in 15 days head broke off

Since it's still under warranty, we can provide a replacement at no cost to you, except for the shipping fee. Please contact our support team to arrange for the replacement. We also wanted to mention that the head pole is made of aluminum alloy, which is a durable material. However, if it broke within 15 days, there might be a few factors to consider: Incorrect Installation: Please double-check to ensure that the motor was not installed in reverse. Frame Damage: If the frame of the chair is bent, it could put stress on the head pole. Overloading: Please ensure that the chair is not being overloaded beyond its weight capacity.
