This is the genuine OKIN JLDQ.19.345.180D01 linear actuator. This actuator is a direct replacement of the OKIN JLDQ.19.345.180D01 linear actuator, as well as other JLDQ.19.345.180D0X models (such as JLDQ.19.345.180D02). If your model number is different, this actuator won't be a suitable replacement.
