This is the genuine OKIN JLDK.15.08.05 switch, a 5-button switch designed specifically for use in power recliners, lift chairs, sectional sofas, and other motion furniture.
The JLDK.15.08.05 switch has a total of five buttons, with four butterfly-shaped buttons that control the backward and forward of the head cushion, as well as the open and close (raise and recline) of the chair. Additionally, the button in the middle serves as a light ON/OFF button.
The switch has three cables & plugs: the right angled 5 pin plug connects to the main motor; the round audio plug connects to the cup holders & led stripe.
