Exactly what I needed. I took the 2 stickers off of the outside of the remote, with numbers on them, and pasted them to the inside along with your web address. I don't expect to spend days searching the internet when I need a new one. Delivery was faster than expected.
KDH160F-008 Seven Button 8 Pin Remote Controller for Recliner or Lift Chair with USB
After 3 days, the remote quit working all the time. Some buttons worked some times, but not always. I think this product is very unreliable.
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
Based on your description, the intermittent button functionality may be related to potential damage in the remote control's extension cord or motor wiring harness. We recommend inspecting the wiring by carefully tipping over the chair for visible issues.
This is a common issue where damaged wiring can lead to inconsistent contact, resulting in sporadic remote control behavior. Temporarily adjusting the wiring harness (e.g., gently repositioning connections) may restore functionality.
If confirmed to be a wiring fault, replacing the affected harness will typically resolve the problem permanently.
