Genuine E502URRW Control switch. Features 4 buttons, a USB charging port, and a wireless phone charging docker, and uses a 90° male 5-pin plug.

Suitable for power recliner or lift chair with 2 motors.

Note: 

When charging your phone with the wireless charging docker. Make sure the screen is facing the buttons. Adjust the position of the phone until you hear a beeping sound. The blue indication light will turn on when charging starts.
