This remote control has 2 buttons and uses a round 3-pin female plug. The cable length of this remote controller is 2 meters (appr 80 inches).
Compatibility:
- This two button 3 pin remote controller replaces the 3-pin version 11560 remote controller, and compatible with some single motor recliners/lift chairs by La-Z-Boy and a few other manufacturers.
- This remote controller replaces the 2 button 3 pin remote controller used on the Palliser Home Theater Seating (model number HC-6022-PR2-PAL)
- Compatible with UC540-MED-STD-VSD
***Notes***
- This remote controller uses a non-standard 3 pin female plug, it is not universally compatible, please DO NOT order it if your remote controller plug is not 3 pins.
- The plug is female, if your plug is male, this one won't be able to replace yours.
- This remote controller can only operate the raise/recline (up/down) function of the chair, it cannot operate the heat/vibration functions.

Connected up immediately, looks exactly the same, works exactly as it should. Hardest part was routing the wire through the side of the chair like the original.

This was awful sorry to say should have bought from America and did after the first month came and went oh it’s on its way was what I heard bologna got another cheaper in five days five days now this finally shows up and I’m supposed to be ok with this or they will say so sorry for the inconvenience we’ll dont use them, period

It doesn’t work! And appears to have been used the remote has a sticky substance on the back
This seemed to be the only available replacement for the controller on our Laz-Z-Boy recliner and I was uncertain when I discovered that it was being shipped from China. However the shipping time was reasonable and the controller worked.
