Two-Plug Wire Harness (2-Pin + 5-Pin) for Moving Block Electric Sliding Actuators

• This two-plug wire harness is a replacement cable for specific electric sliding actuators.
• It features a 33cm main cable that splits into two 50cm branches. One branch terminates in a round 5-pin female plug for connection to a controller, and the other in a 2-pin male plug for the power supply.
• The opposite ends are prepared for motor connection with 42cm bare wires: one fitted with a terminal pin and the other with a receptical clip.

Compatibility

This harness is designed specifically for electric sliding actuators (moving block type) meeting all the following criteria:

• Features a 2-lead/plug configuration (2-pin male + 5-pin female).
• Has cable leads exiting from the far end of the actuator (opposite the DC motor).
• The existing bare wire section from the motor to the strain relief is approximately 42cm (16.54") or slightly longer.

It is NOT compatible with:

• Actuators with an extendable/retractable tube.
• Actuators where the cable exits from the end near the DC motor.
• Actuators with a single plug or more than two plugs.
• Any actuator whose original cable has a different plug configuration.

Important Notes

• Installation Requirement: Fitting this harness requires dismounting the linear actuator's motor. Please confirm you have the technical ability or support to perform this task.
• Strain Relief Fit: The replacement cable's strain relief may differ from your original part, potentially resulting in a less secure fit. For optimal strain relief and to prevent wire damage, we strongly recommend using a zip tie to secure the cable at the motor entry point.
