• Chair type: This remote control is compatible with single-motor chairs. If your chair has dual or triple motors, you'll need a different model.
• Appearance: Color (black VS silver) & icon (icon vs word) difference is acceptable – if the configuration & button functions are same.

Note: This remote controller is connected to a junction box. Sometimes, the malfunction is caused by the junction box. In this circumstance, replacing the remote control will not resolve the problem. If you are unsure about which part caused the problem, we suggest ordering them both.
