• If your original linear actuator is also an HDM-M4, you can use this one to replace it.

• The HDM-M4 is an OEM model for furniture manufacturers, The HDM-M4 has multiple connector/joint designs, to make sure you receive the right one, please take a clear photo for your linear actuator motor label, and send it to us by email (lifeeasysupply@outlook.com), we will ship the right version accordingly.
• Your order will not get processed without the label photo.
