• This is the genuine eMoMo NHX032D2HL remote controller – the most widely used 5 pin NHX03 remote controller for power recliners.
  
• This remote controller features 10 buttons, operates the open/close of the chair,  and the heat & vibration function of the chair. 
  
• The remote controller uses a right angled 5 pin male plug which plugs into the junction box. 
  

Compatibility:

• This remote controller is not cross-compatible, please only order it when your existing controller has the exact same model number - NHX032D2HL.
  
• To verify compatibility, check the serial number on your remote controller or junction box. 
  
• This remote controller is only compatible if your original serial number starts with 'SN:E032D2HL' or 'SN:WT032D2HL' and the next digit after 'L' is a number, not a letter.

Troubleshooting Your Remote Control:

A common issue with this remote control is a short circuit in the vibration motor, heating plate, or USB port. This can prevent the remote control from functioning properly.

To troubleshoot:

Disconnect All Connections:

1. Turn the chair upside down.
   
2. Locate the junction box.
   
3. Unplug all cables from the junction box.
   

Test the Remote Control:

1. Reconnect only the remote control, lifting motor, and power adapter.
2. Try using the remote control.

• If the remote control works:
  The issue lies in one of the disconnected components. Reconnect them one by one until the remote control stops working to identify the faulty component. Keep that component disconnected.
• If the remote control still doesn't work:
  The problem might be with the remote control itself or the control box.

Important:

• To ensure your chair functions correctly, we strongly recommend replacing both the remote control and the control box (option 3 in the link) if you cannot definitively identify the faulty component. This will prevent potential issues after replacing only one part.
