This is the genuine DL-SK-067-R-05 switch and control box set. It includes 7 buttons and is designed for use with power recliners, lift chairs, or sofas that operate with two motors.

Compatibility:

• This switch is not cross compatible with other models. Only order if your existing switch has the exact model number DL-SK-067-R-05.
