This is exactly what I needed! We have a lift chair recliner for my disabled husband, and the hand control cord had gotten caught in the chair hinge and was non-usable.
The only frustration with this order was that it took 10 days to receive, shipping from China to the US. But I am so happy that I was able to find an exact replacement part to fix his chair! He is happy now!
I'd love to rate it if only I'd receive it! Canada Post has mislaid it according to their report. According to them it was scanned and delivered to my door. Grrrr
