Universal Round 2 Button 5 Pin Switch for Power Recliner or Lift Chair

When I first reviewed I had missed the note that the switch required an adapter for my chair for additional cost due to new switch can not be fully inserted because of tabs on plug.

Lever Switch for Power Recliner was accidentally getting contacted when I would lay down and rest on my sectional across it and place my head on my wife's legs. The chair would go out of the reclined position and I would need to adjust hoping not to make contact with the lever. Drilled a hole using a hole saw and placed the button in a reachable position so that anyone's body could not make contact with it.
Worked like a charm. Had to route the wire through the hole and used a slightly different path. All good.

Loveseat recliner is about 20 years old (Costco purchase) have replaced both actuators buttons and actuators to make chairs recliner. Purchased this replacement part...looks like OEM! Within minutes of replacement install, working like new!

Although the switch did not work on my recliner, the customer support team were trying their best to resolve the issu at looking some of my picture. At the end they offer me a 50% refund without returning the part.

I ordered the wrong one at first, it was the street in blood. I wrote back to you guys and told you if there was credit for it because I knew that 90°. I re-ordered the 90° and I received the straight ones again on this time you included a 90° adapter to it not the cord that I paid for so now I have four cords with two adapters on it. You should make this right.

It says if all of the above matches your existing plug the replacement should work. Ah but be careful! My existing plug conformed to all of the statements but the plastic molded end was slightly different resulting that the plug would not completely fit the plug hole. Return shipping charges makes the product not cost effective to return. I'm stuck with a plug that I can not use!
