1. About Us
Life Easy Supply is operated by a company registered in Hong Kong. We supply replacement parts and components for recliners, lift chairs, and motion furniture to customers worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, the European Union, Mexico, and other international markets.
2. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by Life Easy Supply. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:
- Errors in product description, pricing, or availability
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
- Inability to verify payment or shipping information
- Restrictions on shipping to certain regions
You will be notified promptly if your order is cancelled, and any payment collected will be refunded in full. Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be cancelled; please refer to our Refund Policy for return instructions.
3. Product Compatibility Disclaimer
Life Easy Supply sells replacement parts and components designed for use with specific furniture models and manufacturers. It is your sole responsibility to verify that any part you purchase is compatible with your specific furniture model, brand, serial number, and configuration before placing an order.
We provide compatibility information as a guide only. Compatibility listings are based on information available to us at the time of publication and may not account for all model variations, regional differences, or manufacturer updates. We do not guarantee that any part will be compatible with your specific furniture item.
Life Easy Supply shall not be liable for any costs, damages, or losses arising from the purchase or installation of an incompatible part, including but not limited to labour costs, furniture damage, or consequential losses. If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before ordering.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges levied by your country or region. These charges are not included in our listed prices or shipping fees and are collected by your local customs authority or carrier.
We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Life Easy Supply is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Warranty
Our products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or use of incompatible parts. Full warranty terms are available on our Warranty Policy page.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving goods under the EU Consumer Rights Directive; please refer to our EU Withdrawal Policy for details.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Life Easy Supply, its directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, property damage, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of, or inability to use, our products or the Site
- The installation or use of replacement parts purchased from us
- Any errors or omissions in product descriptions or compatibility information
- Delays or failures in delivery
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law (including statutory consumer rights under EU, UK, US, or Australian law).
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and technical documentation, is the property of Life Easy Supply or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
Product names, brand names, and model references used on the Site are for identification and compatibility purposes only. Life Easy Supply is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party furniture manufacturer unless expressly stated. Please refer to our IP Rights Policy for further information.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Notwithstanding the above, consumers in the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, and other jurisdictions may have additional rights under their local mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in these Terms affects those statutory rights.
13. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, except where applicable law requires disputes to be resolved in your local jurisdiction (as may apply to EU and UK consumers).
