Alternative solution for the CTR UR3 22 BA Switch

The CTR UR3 22 BA switch features 6 buttons, and uses a 10 pin plug, the plug connects to a wire harness which has 3 leads on the other end. 

A male 5 pin connects to footrest motor, two 2-pin female plugs connect to the headrest and lumbar motor. 

We are unable to provide this switch, however, it shall be replaced by the following handheld remote controller. If you can not find this switch, consider replacing it with this remote controller:
